15/29 for the #29in29

.
Day fifteen in the 29 in 29 photo adventure.

Scenes from the Triumph shop. A lot of pictures were taken while waiting for the battery to charge on Meg's bike on Saturday. It makes for good blog fodder though.

I was in our local Triumph/BMW store this past weekend. I purposely didn't sit on any, I was afraid one would get stuck to my pants

    1. I wish I'd get stuck to one. I keep trying, but I can't bring myself to get rid of Max yet. We still have some things to work out.

  2. LOL Bob! too funny. I love the Triumphs, maybe one day I will have one. But then again I am really loving Scarlett, she is perfect, so why mess with perfection.

    1. Your bike seems well suited for you and it is nice that it is bigger than a 250 cc, but not so big as to be hard to handle. I think you and Scarlett will have a lot of happy miles riding together.

  3. Bob has a great idea. Let's all go to the Triumph dealer and see what gets 'stuck' on our butts. I have been taking pictures of the Triumph tank labels many times... sigh.

    1. I'd love to have a T-100 or an SE stuck to my butt, but I don't want to be stuck with the payment, no matter how purdy they are.

Oh, and I think their tank badges are to shiny not to take pics of.

  4. Love the two-tone red and white. Love the Bonnies! Actually, I love the Scramblers the best, but they're too tall! If I ever get to the point that I want a pretty bike. I think the Bonnie would be it.

    1. I think the official color is cranberry and white. Sure was striking on the bike. The fenders were cranberry too. Unfortunately the T-100 has wire wheels. I like the cast wheels of the regular Bonnies better, but the fit of the T-100.

I sat on a Scrambler on Saturday too and really didn't care for where the exhaust hit my leg. Oh, and Sam is a pretty green. Yes, you have a pretty bike. With a green like that Sam can't be anything but cool.

  5. I think many have a love affair with the Bonnie's. Trobairitz your Gladius is really sweet and it would be in my top picks. I love the look of your bike, Kiwi Deb is thinking about a Gladius or a Vstrom. She fell in love with the Gladius & Ducati Monster at the bike show. Luckily for her none of them got "stuck" to her pants or mine for that matter.

    1. Thank you Dar. I do like the Gladius and I think it makes a striking combination when riding with Lucy. How can you miss a bright orange and bright blue and white bike. We are a little loud in the color department, it is like we are already wearing high vis. You'd think we wouldn't get cut off.

I too liked the Monster when I sat on it but it has quite a bit more forward lean to the bars and maintenance costs were higher.
